Doug Lord is a financial executive with more than 25 years of experience building high-performing teams, implementing scalable financial systems, and driving organizational growth. As Chief Financial Officer of Behavioral Health Solutions, Doug leads the organization's financial strategy, planning, and operations to support continued expansion and long-term success.

Prior to joining BHS, Doug served as Vice President of Finance at Integrated Dermatology, where he played a key role in completing 21 acquisitions, developing enterprise financial reporting systems, and partnering with executive leadership and private equity sponsors to improve operational performance. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions in investment banking, private equity, and healthcare technology, building expertise in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, analytics, capital markets, and financial strategy.

Doug earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was recognized as both a Baker Scholar and Ford Scholar, and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, graduating summa cum laude.
