Brian Martin
President & Chief Operating Officer
Brian Martin is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, finance, analytics, strategic growth, and organizational transformation. Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex healthcare organizations across both public and private sectors, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and scalable growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Behavioral Health Solutions (BHS), Brian served as Chief Executive Officer of one of the largest Durable Medical Equipment (DME) organizations in New Mexico, where he spearheaded market expansion efforts that extended the company’s footprint into Texas and Arizona. His executive leadership experience also includes serving as Regional Chief Operating Officer for Molina Healthcare and Executive Vice President of Operations for Verisk Health, where he led large-scale operational, financial, and strategic initiatives focused on improving performance, enhancing patient outcomes, and supporting sustainable growth.
As President and Chief Operating Officer of Behavioral Health Solutions, Brian is responsible for driving the company’s strategic vision, operational execution, and continued expansion across multiple markets. He provides executive oversight for all enterprise-wide operations, and organizational performance. Brian works closely with healthcare partners, providers, and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that improve access to care, strengthen operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and results-oriented approach, Brian has extensive experience leading mergers and acquisitions, organizational integrations, and large-scale transformation initiatives. He is recognized for his ability to align people, processes, technology, and culture to achieve strategic objectives while fostering high-performing teams and sustainable organizational growth.
Brian holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of New Mexico. He resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with his wife and three children.
